He holds a bachelor’s degree in integrated development studies (with a major in Environment and Resource Management) and a Diploma in Integrated Community Development from the University for Development Studies (UDS). With a strong foundation in community development, project management, research, and advocacy, his academic and professional background informs his approach to addressing social challenges through community-centered initiatives. This experience has made him a results-driven Project Coordinator at Kaapuori Children Resource Foundation (KCRF).
As Programs Coordinator at KCRF, Moeinu Izza-Deen plays a vital role in designing and implementing program activities, particularly in the areas of mental health awareness, substance and drug abuse prevention, and educational support for school-aged children.
He is a collaborative and results-oriented leader who works closely with professionals and stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed successfully. Izza-Deen maintains constant communication with team members, providing real-time updates to ensure smooth project implementation.
His networking skills and strategic partnerships are key to KCRF’s success. He has built strong relationships with organizations that share KCRF’s vision, such as the Department of Social Welfare, the Food and Drugs Authority, the Regional Health Directorate, and the Ghana Education Service. Through these partnerships, he fosters healthier lifestyle choices among young people.
