Danielle is a social service worker with over 10 years of working in the developmental service sector. She supported persons with various exceptionalities by utilizing the Personal Outcome Measures approach. This tool  promotes quality of life for each individual to maximize their full potential and achieve their goals.

Since 2020, Danielle has worked as an educator, supporting exceptional learners in the classroom. She works in collaboration with other educators to implement safety, education, and behavior support plans for each learner and develops intervention strategies to ensure a successful outcome for each student. Danielle's passion derives from her personal experience, as she is the parent of a child that is neurodiverse. As a result, she advocates tirelessly to ensure her child is able to grasp every opportunity to reach their maximum potential.

Danielle's experiences in these sectors are definitely a great asset to KCRF's goals and mandate.
